Product Review Self Reflection Memo

When I first began this assignment, I had a difficult time deciding on which item to review.
However, I ultimately settled on my 20oz Stanley Thermos Bottle, which I have been using for two years. As I wrote the review, I realized how important it was to carefully choose the product to review, as it impacts the overall quality of the review. I also learned how to effectively describe the features of the product, such as its vacuum insulation technology and screw-on cap, which was critical to creating a well-written and informative product review.

In terms of writing strategies, I learned the importance of using descriptive language and providing specific details to illustrate my points. I also practiced structuring my review in a logical and organized manner, which helped to effectively convey my thoughts and opinions on the product. Additionally, I learned the significance of considering my audience when writing, as I had to tailor the review to those who may be interested in purchasing the product. Overall, this assignment taught me valuable writing strategies that I can apply to future writing assignments.

Moving forward, I plan to continue using the writing strategies I learned during this assignment, such as incorporating descriptive language, structuring my writing in a logical manner, and considering my audience. I also plan to continue practicing my critical thinking skills when analyzing products to write reviews, as it is essential to effectively evaluate the features and benefits of a product.
